Contact

Email is the only contact route, and one address covers everything.

Email

[email protected]

We read every message and reply within two to three working days. Mail that arrives over a weekend usually gets an answer early the following week.

What to write about

  • A correction to a fare, a sailing time or a check-in window, ideally with a link to the operator page you used.
  • A route that is missing from the site and worth covering.
  • A port detail that has changed, such as a new terminal building or a closed car park.
  • Press, partnership or editorial enquiries.

What we cannot help with

We do not sell tickets and we do not handle bookings. Anything to do with a cancelled sailing, a refund, a missed crossing, a damaged vehicle or a pet that was refused at the gate is a matter for the operator you booked with. They hold the booking record and the liability; we do not.

We also cannot tell you whether a specific sailing will run in bad weather. Only the operator can make that call, and they usually make it on the day.

Response times

Ordinary questions get an answer within two to three working days. Corrections are usually handled faster because they can be verified against a published document.
